Hello everyone, I've joined an MNC company as an HR executive. In this company, the monthly cycle is from the 21st to the 20th. Is this the correct method as per the law? If yes, how can I ensure compliance with monthly requirements such as EPF and ESIC?
For example, if an employee resigns and their last working day is after the 20th, for instance, on the 25th of March. Currently, we deposit the employee's PF and ESIC contributions for the 5 days in the month of April. Is this the correct procedure? If not, please advise on how we can ensure compliance.
