TCS interview clearance doubt - evaluation in progress since 3 weeks

Hi, I attended the BTG Pool virtual interview drive for experienced candidates at TCS. The first round was technical. However, I didn't receive any call from HR for the next round. In the TCS iBegin portal, it has been showing "evaluation in progress" for three weeks. My question is, if I had been selected, wouldn't I have received a call from HR for the next round within 1 or 2 days? Since I haven't received a call for the next round within 1 or 2 days, does that mean I have been rejected?
