Struggling with EPS Higher Pension Calculations? Need Help with Excel Format and Interest Calculation!

I request our members to please upload an Excel file with the calculation for EPS higher pension month-wise wage details in the prescribed format. Mainly, I do not know how to calculate the "Pension Contribution to be paid along with interest."

As we have only 4 days to approve, I would once again request our members to please help me.
