Navigating Job Offers After Termination: Should I Tell My New Employer About My Past?

samuel-madari
Hi all, I have worked with three companies (A, B, C) previously, out of which I was terminated from Company B without receiving a proper relieving letter. Should I disclose this information to my current company, which has offered me a job? During one of the interview processes, I did mention my experience with Company B, and they rejected me. Can you provide guidance on how to handle this situation with my current employer?

Be candid and make full disclosure. That is the advice we can give.

It is advisable to inform your employer about all three employments clearly. If you hide this information and they find out, you may face problems.
