This may be due to a software update. Have you recently re-entered the KYCs? If not, you may need to follow the steps to re-enter the KYCs. Please try again and see whether any direction with a link to follow is available. If it is blank, then approach the EPFO and get assistance from the IT Cell.
Dear, we are also facing this problem. There are many causes of the disablement of EPF account numbers, such as the ABRY case. Last time, we visited their regional office in Karnal, Haryana. The officer said that they are not doing anything regarding this issue.
