Resolving Email Notification Errors and Mail Sending Issues

I am getting this message every time I post a reply. This has happened three times. What I have noticed is that despite this message, my post is displayed. Due to this, I ended up posting the same reply three times... :D Kindly look into it.

Hi sskalra,

The smtp.php sends the notification emails. It must have been busy or it must have had too many messages in the queue. It's temporary - things should be fine now.

Okay. It seems it's something related to a recent change I made. I have restored it to the previous working condition. I will look into it later tonight.
