Due to a 90-day notice period, I left the company without a proper exit. I have received the final settlement mail. Let me know if there are any legal issues if I can't pay the final settlement amount. The final settlement includes the joining bonus, additional salary, plus the 90-day notice period salary.

Always ensure to give proper notice before leaving your position. Never leave without informing your employer. Keep in mind that your company may use your notice pay to offset any outstanding amounts when you settle your accounts.

This is a willful breach of contract. It would depend on the legal provisions of the locality regarding it, but where it happened is not clear. From your tagline, it appears the issue pertains to Abu Dhabi, and the UAE Civil Code applies. The general understanding is that the contract is legally binding on the parties, and the party violating the contract has to compensate the opposite party. The UAE laws are stricter than Indian laws. Please confirm where the event happened.

My previous company is TCS. I have received a final reminder regarding my final settlement.

The final settlement amount is too high, with a 90-day notice period added, even though I have only worked for 3 months.

Now, I am unable to pay the total amount.

Let us know if there are any legal issues in case I can't pay the settlement amount.

My company's location is in India with TCS. Joining bonus + one-month additional salary + 90 days notice period.
