KYC Approval Issues: How Do You Handle File Download Problems with DSC?

Can you please discuss the KYC or transfer claim process and approval by the employer? Actually, while we are trying to approve a KYC through DSC, it requires downloading a file to regularize the new system to provide the KYC, but the said file is not downloading properly. As a result, a large number of KYCs are pending on our end. Please help.

This issue is due to a software update. You can try downloading the latest version and then proceed to approve the KYCs.
