Please give my salary breakup with Conveyance Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Medical Allowance and Other Allowance.

The salary break up would depend on your company policy. There is no fixed formula for the components of the salary (The new Wage & Salary Code has not yet come into vogue wherein 50% of the salary invariably has to be Basic Pay). Many companies only offer consolidated pay which remains fixed for a sufficiently long duration. You may consult senior employees or talk to HR for clarity in this.
