How to Break Down a Rs. 45,000 CTC Without PF Deductions: Need Help with Allowances?

Please provide me with the salary breakup for CTC Rs. 45,000/-. There is no PF deduction provided in the company.

Please provide my salary breakup including Conveyance Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Medical Allowance, and Other Allowances.

The salary breakup would depend on your company's policy. There is no fixed formula for the components of the salary. The new Wage & Salary Code has not yet come into vogue, wherein 50% of the salary invariably has to be Basic Pay. Many companies only offer consolidated pay, which remains fixed for a sufficiently long duration. You may consult senior employees or talk to HR for clarity on this.
