New Employee Onboarding: How to Handle PF Documents for Short-Term Staff?

I am the HR Manager at a 150-bed hospital. We have a PF consultant on staff who will advise us on all issues. However, I need your help on one point: a new employee will be joining the organization. What documents will be required from the newcomer, and how will we keep the PF procedure opening pending (because the new employees will leave within a month or so)? I need to prepare papers as per the audit purpose and follow the perfect criteria.

You are talking about evading PF payment for one month due to uncertainty about whether the employee will continue or not? You cannot hold PF because of that. If the attrition rate is on the higher side, please find out the reason why employees are leaving in a short period.
