All this information should be in your business plan that you wrote to set up the business.

Why should other people tell you what they are charging? This will be confidential information between the agency and the client.

If you have no idea what to do and what to charge, then I would suggest you seek employment in an existing company to learn the ropes and then investigate the possibility of opening your own business.

FAILURE TO PLAN IS PLANNING TO FAIL.

There are two ways of charging consultancy fees for outsourcing employees to corporates: one is a fixed charge per employee per month to be reviewed at least every 3 years, and the other is a percentage of the monthly gross amount, including PF & ESI contributions of the employer, bonuses, and leave encashment, among others.

The final rates are determined based on market trends, negotiation processes, and other factors.

Companies need to balance the cost-effectiveness of using contract staff with the need to provide fair compensation to these workers, who often perform essential roles within the organization.

There are a variety of factors that can influence the fee structure for contract staffing, including the level of skill and experience required for the role, the duration of the contract, and the specific needs of the hiring company. Employers should take care to ensure that they are providing competitive compensation to contract staff while also avoiding excessive fees that could impact their bottom line.

At the same time, it's important for contract workers to advocate for themselves and seek fair compensation for their time and expertise. This can involve researching market rates for similar roles, negotiating with potential employers, and seeking out opportunities for professional development and advancement within their field.

Ultimately, the fee structure for contract staffing in corporate India should be designed to benefit both employers and employees, creating a mutually beneficial relationship that supports the growth and success of all parties involved.

The consultancy charges for staffing services in India vary depending on several factors, such as the type of staffing service required, the level of skill and expertise of the candidates, the volume of hiring required, and the location of the company. Typically, staffing agencies charge a percentage of the employee's annual salary as their fee for providing staffing services.

As a general guideline, the consultancy charges for staffing services in India can range from 8% to 20% of the annual salary of the employee. However, it is essential to note that these rates may vary depending on the specific requirements of the company and the staffing agency.

Additionally, some staffing agencies may charge additional fees for services such as pre-employment testing, background checks, and other hiring-related services.

It is always advisable to consult with a few staffing agencies and compare their services and charges before finalizing a deal. This will help you choose the agency that provides the best value for your money and meets your staffing needs effectively.

Hi Mitavi Patel,

Normally, the consultancy charges are 10% of the gross salary. Usually, employees/workers are hired on a contract basis for a maximum period of three years with all statutory benefits such as ESI, PF, and Bonus. The standard practice of the agency placing contract workers is to collect and pay, and the consultant will be held responsible for all statutory needs, including those related to Government Agencies.

I hope this is clear to you.

Thanks
