How Do You Decide Who Deserves a Certificate of Appreciation in Your Company?

Dear All, I need to provide a certificate of appreciation to our company employees for acknowledgment in every field. What criteria can we keep to give them?

Hi, In an employer-employee relationship, the services of an employee are hired by the employer on certain mutually agreed terms and conditions. Employees are paid for what they do on a daily basis in terms of work. Appreciation for Exemplary Work Appreciation should be given when somebody does exemplary work, when they exceed expectations. Therefore, apart from the mundane daily work, identify exemplary work of the employee and provide a certificate of appreciation, a small gift, share the name on the notice board, etc.

Thanks, Sir. I mean to ask, on a monthly basis, what are the criteria or titles of certificates we can give to the sales team or the back-office team?
