High H1B Visa Rejections and 221g Issues: How Can We Navigate This Challenge?

We sponsor H1B visas every year. However, this time the rejection rate is high, and we are also receiving 221g's. What steps can we take to avoid this? Additionally, how is the US market going to be this time? Is there any slowdown because most of the candidates don't seem interested in H1B visas?

Could you please advise on the best time to schedule an appointment for an H1B Visa interview for 2008, or is it already too late? As you mentioned, "The earlier, the better." I had my petition approved last year but was unable to attend the interview.

I have a question: my cousin had his H1B visa sponsored by his company. He now has a job in another company. Is it possible to transfer the visa from one company to another? I need your reply urgently.
