I am currently employed as a Manager in an US IT staffing company in Hyderabad, where I oversee a team of recruiters at various levels. Lately, we have been experiencing a significant amount of employee turnover due to fluctuations in market salaries and clients offering remote work opportunities in different states with higher compensation. In order to address this issue and ensure that my employees do not make hasty decisions based solely on salary, I am interested in understanding the standard salary range for the US IT staffing industry across India, including variations by state.
