When are all registers under the Factory Act applicable in an organization? Is it either when we receive the factory license or when we have more than 10 employees in the organization? Please confirm, and what are all the registers?
If the establishment is covered under a particular Act, such as the Factories Act, all registers and returns to be maintained and submitted become applicable to that establishment.
