Previous Employer Withholding PF and ESI Details: How Can We Resolve This Issue?

One of my staff didn't receive the details of PF and ESI from her previous employer because she resigned without completing the exit formalities. This occurred because they compelled her to work without salary during the notice period. What should be done to obtain the details from the AC number of PF and ESI?

Hi, For ESI, when you try to add a new ESI number, initially, the system may accept it, but the subsequent month, the ESI portal will show you the existing old ESI number. For PF UAN, advise the employee to contact the respective PF office.
