Will I get my increment amount and bonus? Presently, I am in the notice period. All other employees have received increment letters effective from 1st January, and arrears will be paid in April. My last working day will be 10th May.
Hi, as you have submitted your resignation, your employer might not process an increment for you. However, you are eligible for a bonus until your last working day.
Basically, no. Why would they bother giving an increment to someone who has resigned and will not remain? It's not like they will worry about your loyalty. The bonus, I am assuming, is a performance bonus or ex gratia. In both cases, I don't see why they would bother. If your performance bonus was clearly written in your appointment letter, perhaps you can demand it, but even then, I doubt they will pay.
