Need your valuable suggestion on one of my office project..
My current organization runs business in 6 different countries. And our payroll processes are outsourced, however, our provider’s response is sporadic and reactive, but they do administer benefits in a timely manner. Challenges what wer are facing at present are :
Each country has complex language and legislative requirements of payroll and benefits.
we need to create, document and maintain work instructions and SOPs for each process within the next 3 - 5 months
We need to change our benefits vendor across these countries to provide better solutions and market competitive information proactively rather than reactively
My manager asked me to prepare a document and standardize payroll and benefits processes across our 6 countries.
Also, my action plan is to change the benefits vendor across these 6 countries to get better value generation?
If possible, kindly provide some suggestions or any reading materials to get some tips and ideas.
