Locked Out After Asking HR About Policies – How Should I Handle This Situation?

In my previous topic, I asked the community about my FNF, and I received some replies. Most of them suggested finding out the policy of PLB and VARIABLE. I decided to consult with my HR Department. However, after I emailed my HR Department, the admin, and my reporting manager, all my access levels in the company were disabled without any notice. This access includes attendance tracking through facial recognition or ID card, as well as my online portal login to apply for leaves or access company office emails. No one is responding to my emails or calls. What can I do? The company is very reputed and large in the Mobile Industry in India.

Hi, it seems you posted multiple posts with different versions. It looks like you are presenting one side of the coin, and we don't know the other side. No employer will sever a relationship with an employee unless there is some form of friction. I suggest you go to the office in person, sit down with your HR, and amicably resolve the issues.

Why are you asking us what to do? None of us work for your company, and thus we have no idea what your employer thinks or does. This is a matter between you and your employer, and you have to sort it out with them. Perhaps you may need to seek legal advice; I don't know. Other members may have suggestions as to who you can approach to have this matter dealt with.

Hi Ashish, I would suggest that you meet with HR in person to resolve the issue. No company is entitled to revoke the F&F process for exited employees; this is a part of the HR process. The reason for the delay or lack of response could be something else; don't misjudge without communicating with them.
