I am working with a software company in Pune. As you are all aware, the attrition rate in IT is very high. In our company, the situation is the same. I want to give notice to the employees who have left the organization while still under a bond agreement. Can somebody guide me on how to deal with this situation? Also, please send me the format of the letter that should be given to the employees leaving under such conditions.
