I started my career in Persistent where i worked 4 year.
later I join startup ABC company and worked 5 month (No PF here).
later I joined medium scale XYZ company here I worked 1 year they was deducting PF.
then I selected for Wipro but.>>
Problem started from here >> my startup ABC company LWD was 23 Oct (Friday) but due to project dependency exit process not completed then next day was weekend Saturday - sunday then we completed exit process on 26 Oct Monday morning. and on same day I joined XYZ company because (i already confirmed 23 Oct LWD hence they given 26 Oct offer letter)
Now what will impact on my WIPRO''s BGV of that date...
will they acceptable 1 day difference and will they send offer letter or consider dual employment?
or do i need to request my ABC employer to modify exit date and give 23 Oct means 1 day prior.
