Seeking Recommendations for "Finance for Non-Finance" Training in Delhi – Who Should Attend and What to Cover?

I am not a finance person and need to conduct a training session for "Finance for Non-Finance" for up to Manager level people. I am working in a Delhi-based organization and looking for some good training organizations who conduct this program. Can someone help me with this?

Also, if someone could help on who and from which departments should be included in this program and what should be the topics that should be covered.
