Mandatory Statutory documents and Annual leaves

Hello Friends,

1.What all mandatory statutory documents are applicable for a start up company (Education Industry) with less than 10 employees and for a Practising CS firm with less than 10 employees to be displayed on Notice board at reception.
2. How many annual leaves are applicable for these 2 firm's employees.
