standing orders, standing orders in hotel

Respected ALL MEMBERS,
Please advise Standing order Certification is necessary in (5 star )hotel industry in MAharashtra or not? Is there is any notification or any circular available.

Hotels come under the category of Shops and Commercial Establishments and all such establishments will come under the purview of Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act. You should get a draft made, discuss the same with trade union, if any, and then get it certified by the officer concerned of the Labour Department.
