Few queries before I can really suggest:

a) Environment - are you referring to the work environment or the biosphere?
b) What is the typical age group of the people the program is targeted towards, and what are the demographics of that group?
c) What is the primary nature of the business your organization is into?

Depending on the answers to the above questions, suggestions can be made. Neelu's suggestions are very good if the program is for improving the environment in general.

Assuming you are talking about the work environment and the program is targeted towards youngsters [19-25] in an IT-ITES company, I will suggest:

a) SPICE-UP - Let's add spice to our workplace.
b) EDIFY our workplace - Edify stands for improvement.

Thank you for your help. The suggestion plan is about receiving feedback or any ideas to enhance the work environment. For example, suggestions could include improvements in the work area, processes in the canteen, parking, etc. It may pertain to anything concerning the work environment.

We have created an email address to which employees can send their suggestions. I need a name for this process; I hope you understand. Please suggest some names related to this process.

Hey Vijay,

I wonder why you named this thread as "Listening Skills." Your need is nowhere near that 😈😉.

Anyway, it is still not clear to me which industry you are from. I believe the name of such a program should be inspired by some keywords in your industry. Since you mentioned you want to put it on your intranet site, I think I can assume that you are from an industry where people are IT Savvy. If it's a BPO, I would suggest using a word that your users normally use for development and can easily relate to.

It is very difficult to suggest without knowing. I can list 10 possible names, but there is a chance none of them fits you... so please share!!
