Few queries before I can really suggest
a) Environment-- r u referring to Work Environment or Biosphere
b) What is the typical age group of people the program is targeted and what is the demographics of that group?
c) What is prime nature of business your organisation is into?
Depending upon the answers to above questions, sugessions can be made.
Neelu's suggestions are very good if the program is for improving Environment in General.
Assuming U are taking about Work environment and the program is targetted to youngsters [19-25] and some IT-ITES company
I will suggest
a) SPICE-UP
Let's add spice to our work place
b) EDIFY our Work place [Edify stands for improvement]

Thanx for your help,The suggestion plan is about getting the feedback or any ideas to improve the work environment for example work area like improving the process in canteen,parking etc.. it may be anything regarding the work environment.

I wonder why you named this thread as "Listening Skills"
Your need is nowhere near that :twisted: :wink:
Any way, it is still not clear to me which industry are you from. I believe the name of such program should be inspired by some key words in your industry
Since you mentioned you want to put it on your intranet site, I think I can assume that you are from such a industry where people are IT Savvy.
If its a BPO, I will suggest use a word that your users normally use for development and easily relate to it.
It is very difficult to suggest without knowing. I can list 10 possible names but there is a chance none of them fits you.... so please Share!!
