Every induction & orientation programme is tailor-made to suit the requirements of the company, the position, the nature of duties, etc. So, from a laconic query it is not possible. However certain ingredients like company history, growth, Vision, Mission, objectives, targets, annual budgets & performance indicators, Key personnel, rules & regulations of the company, disciplinary process & penalties, etc are unavoidable.
