Every induction and orientation program is tailor-made to suit the requirements of the company, the position, the nature of duties, etc. So, from a concise query, it is not possible. However, certain components like company history, growth, vision, mission, objectives, targets, annual budgets, performance indicators, key personnel, rules and regulations of the company, disciplinary processes, and penalties are unavoidable.
