Now, look at the process you are currently working with and adapt that after consultation with the managers and other staff involved in the recruitment process. You need to come up with a process that meets the requirements of YOUR company. Without the cooperation of the managers who will be responsible for the induction and onboarding of new staff members, whatever you come up with will not work if they have no input into the design and content of the process.
