Actually, our new canteen contractor does not meet the food serving criteria as set. We counseled him many times, and we have worked a lot on it, like the token system, etc. The main issue is that the workers are difficult to manage. We have introduced shift breaks, but still can't manage the canteen. So, I need a complete SOP including meals menu, serving, or anything that can be helpful in managing a canteen.
