How to Handle a Contractual Employee Who Didn't Return from Leave and Submitted a Wrong Invoice?

Hi, One of our contractual employees went on a 10-day leave and didn't return to work. He also submitted an incorrect invoice. Please advise on the appropriate closure email for this employee.

Hi, Is there any contractual letter of appointment issued to that employee? If so, what separation clause is mentioned in that (like either party can terminate this contract by giving...)? For example, if a 30-day advance notice is mentioned in the letter, then you can write to him saying that "as per the terms and conditions of your Contractual Appointment Letter dated ___, you are supposed to give __ days' notice, whereas you are not reporting to work without any information. You are required to report to the office on or before ____ and fulfill the proper separation process." If he fails to report back after the receipt of the letter through RPAD, then you may terminate his letter of appointment under contract.
