Job Offer Disappeared from Portal Before I Could Accept – What Should I Do Now?

I received a job offer from an organization. I had to upload my personal details to their portal. They released the offer letter on Wednesday evening on the portal itself, and as per the text, I was supposed to accept it within 2 working days. I thought I would consider the offer over the weekend and make a decision on Monday.

But today (Saturday), I opened the portal, and the offer letter is gone. It might be an automated system that removed the tab.

Does this mean my offer is gone, or will it come back once I speak to the HR of the organization?

Please help.
