If Contractor give work to Sub-contractor, and if worker of Sub-contractor worked more than 5 years, is he eligible to get gratuity from that Sub-contractor?
If that sub contractor is an establishment covered by Payment of Gratuity Act, he can claim gratuity from him, ie, his employer.
