Starting a Hotel in Haryana? Here's the Document Checklist for Pollution Control Approval

Which documents are required for the CTE (Pollution Control Board, Haryana) application for a new hotel/motel project in Haryana? Please help by providing a list of documents.

Dear Deepnaruka, You may apply through the online portal of HEPCB at least 90 days prior to the date of expiry of the previous CTE in the prescribed proforma, along with a declaration and undertaking as per Annexure-VIII, along with the prescribed CTE/NOC fee and documents. Don't get confused. After login, you can arrange the required documents accordingly. If there is any problem, you can directly contact/visit the HEPC office.
