Hi All, I have 4+ years of experience and a service overlap between two companies for two months. I thought of hiding the experience of short-duration work in a company for my future joining and have now cleared the interview. My questions are:

Will the future joining company get to know that I had hidden my experience in the background verification process?

Is it possible to erase my complete history in the EPFO portal?

Since EPF records show that the overlap would be evident in the BGV process, this is one item they check specifically. It is not possible for you to manipulate or erase PF records. This forum cannot help or support unethical practices.
