Pay Scale Dilemma - Pay Band of Rs. 15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5,400

Pls go through below mentioned Scale of pay:

Pay Band of Rs. 15,600-39,100 with Grade Pay of Rs.5,400. After completing 8 years of service in this Pay Band, the persons will move to Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600 within the same Pay Band but shall continue to be designated as Assistant Registrar (Finance)/Internal Audit Officer.

What's the actually salary they are offering? Please someone help.

Are you looking for the initial pay fixation or after 8 years of service?
Initially they will be fixing the salary at the basic pay (in most cases minimum of the scale Rs. 15,600 + grade pay of Rs. 5400 + Variable DA). Presently the DA is 38% of basic pay and as per news reports it is going to be revised to 41% from January 2023. The govt. has anounced 3% annual increment and after 8 years, the pay would be the revised basic pay (after adding annual increments) + Rs. 6,600 + the VDA as on that date.
