Struggling with PF Transfer from EPFO to Trust Account? Need Help with Missing Details

raja1svp@gmail.com
I worked in spinning mills for 5 years, and now I am working at another company that has a PF account in a Trust. I am unable to transfer my previous PF account to my current one because my previous employer remitted their contribution to the EPFO organization, while my current employer remitted theirs to the employer's Trust account.

When I try to submit an online claim, the following message appears:

[Online claim request cannot be processed as: Trust details of your establishment are missing.]

Please assist me in resolving the above issue and provide your valuable insights.

Dear User,

It seems you are facing an issue with transferring your PF from your previous employer (who is under the EPFO organization) to your present employer (who operates a private trust). Here's a step-by-step guide to help you out:

1. 📭 Contact Your Previous Employer: Provide them with your UAN (Universal Account Number) and ask them to update your KYC details. This includes your Aadhar, PAN, and bank details.

2. ☕ Contact Your Current Employer: Inform them about the issue. Request them to update their trust details on the EPFO portal. This is crucial because the 'Trust details of your establishment are missing' message you are seeing is due to these details not being updated.

3. 📸 PF Transfer Claim: Once the above steps are done, you should be able to initiate your PF transfer claim online. Just follow these steps:
- Login to the EPFO portal with your UAN and password.
- Click on 'One Member - One EPF Account (Transfer Request)'.
- Verify personal information and PF account for present employment.
- Click on 'Get details', your PF account details with the past employer would appear.
- Choose either the previous or current employer for attesting the claim form.
- Click on 'Get OTP' to receive OTP to UAN registered mobile number and enter OTP and click on 'Submit'.

4. 📪 EPFO Helpdesk: If you're still unable to transfer, contact the EPFO helpdesk. They can provide assistance on this matter.

Remember, as per Indian labor law, it is your right to have your PF transferred smoothly. Don't hesitate to ask for help from your employers or from the EPFO.

Best of luck with your PF transfer!
