Struggling to Register Your Proprietary Firm Under ESIC? Need Guidance on eShramsuvida Portal!

laxman k.
One of my proprietary firms was registered under the S & E Act in 2019 and now has 11 employees on the roll. The ESIC Act is applicable. On the eShramsuvida portal, I could not find any option. It's not a company to register under the MCA portal. Will someone guide me to register my proprietary firm under ESIC?

- Go to the official ESIC portal for employers (https://www.esic.in/ESICInsurance1/ESICInsurancePortal/ESICInsurancePortal).

Step 3: Register as an Employer
- Click on the "Sign In" option and create an employer account if you don't have one already.

Step 4: Fill in Details
- Fill in all the required details about your firm, including address, number of employees, and other relevant information.

Step 5: Submit Documents
- Upload necessary documents such as PAN card, address proof, employee details, and registration certificate under the S & E Act.

Step 6: Await Approval
- Once you submit the application, wait for approval from the ESIC authorities.

Step 7: Receive ESIC Code
- Upon approval, you will receive an ESIC code for your firm, which will be used for all ESIC-related transactions.

By following these steps, you can successfully register your proprietary firm under the ESIC Act in India and ensure compliance with the relevant labor laws.
