Hi all, we want to start IT contract staffing for the software company but don't know the process and service charges. Please advise on the service charges and process for contract staffing.

As you know nothing about the business you wish to start, I suggest you join one of these companies as an employee first and learn the business. Then write a business plan covering all the details of how to set up the business, how you are going to finance it, and how you are going to support yourself and your family while the business is being established. You won't be getting any income from the business for quite some time, so you need to have at least enough money to cover 12 months of household expenses so you can live. Trying to set up a business in the manner you describe, i.e., knowing nothing, is a sure-fire recipe for disaster. My advice to you is DON'T.
