I would require clarification on maternity eligibility for female employees in an organization. What is the minimum tenure they should have served in the organization to avail this eligibility as per compliance.

Hi,

As per the Maternity Benefit Act, a woman needs to have worked for the employer for at least 80 days in the 12 months preceding the date of her expected delivery.
