Subject: Circular Regarding Late Arrival

Dear Team, It has come to our attention that there has been an increase in instances of late arrivals to work. Punctuality is crucial in maintaining a productive and efficient work environment. Therefore, all employees are reminded of the importance of arriving on time for their scheduled shifts.

Effective immediately, we kindly request all staff members to adhere to their designated work hours. Persistent lateness not only disrupts the workflow but also impacts the overall team morale. It is essential for each team member to be present and ready to contribute at the designated starting time.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to occasional tardiness. In such cases, please communicate with your immediate supervisor as soon as possible to provide an explanation for the delay.

Let us work together to ensure that punctuality is upheld as a standard practice within our organization. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your attention to this important issue.

Best regards HR Department

Hi, What are you planning to communicate through the circular on late coming? Are you planning to advise employees to avoid attending the office late? Are you planning to inform about salary/leave deductions for late coming?

CIRCULAR

Sub: Unauthorized leave/regular late coming

It has been observed from the attendance records that some employees have the habit of regularly coming late to the office, while a few others are taking unauthorized leave. This behavior is in direct violation of the rules and regulations of our company.

For employees who arrive late to the office without prior approval from managers on more than two occasions, half a day of leave or salary will be deducted (LOP).

Please be aware that all your leave records and "In & Out" timings are closely monitored, and any deviations will be addressed seriously.

Regards
