Hi,

There is no separate exclusive Act for IT/ITES Companies.

Like other Company sectors some important employment laws that bind software companies are as follows:

Shops and Establishments Act
The Employees’ Provident Fund & Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952
The Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948
The Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923
The Payment of Bonus Act, 1965
Equal Remuneration Act, 1976
Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946
The Maternity Benefit Act, 1961
The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013
Madhu.T.K
For registration of IT companies and service condition of employees working therein, there is no separate Act but the state's Shops and Commercial Establishment Act will have to be followed.
