None of us work for your organization or have any idea what the organization does. Every organization operates differently, so there is no standard chart for every organization. I can assume the company has a CEO/owner. He/she will have to decide what staff is needed to do various jobs. So I suggest you talk to them and find out what is in their mind and then draw a chart. As a start-up, there are likely to be very few people to begin with, so a formal chart is probably not really necessary at this point. That will come later when the company grows, and chains of command become more evident. This was posted on Cite many years ago. Good for a laugh.
