In regrds with PH can managment staff claim Compensatory off against loss of PH due to weekly off.

HI Everyone,

1. Would like to know, If PH happen on weekly off day can Managment staff get Compensatory PH in Luie of loss PH.

2. If any workmen work on PH and that day is his weekly off as well, can he get two off. one is for his weekly off day along with OT, second, he loses his PH, so one more off in Luie of PH.
