Claim Rejected PREVIOUS YOUR EPS MEMBERSHIP.BUT PRESENT ESTT EPS CONT NOT REMITTED BY THE ER PLZ CLARIFY

Hello Team - My name is Jitesh Adwani, residing in Bangalore and working in the corporate world since Mar 2010. Recently, I tried withdrawing my partial PF amount and request got rejected stating the reason as 'Claim Rejected PREVIOUS YOUR EPS MEMBERSHIP.BUT PRESENT ESTT EPS CONT NOT REMITTED BY THE ER PLZ CLARIFY'.

My query is all of accumulated PF funds are lying in the current company PF account and my current company is a start-up. In order to resolve the issue of EPS so that I can withdraw PF amount, what shall I do:
* Is there any form or application which can be filled and submitted by me at EPFO to resolve the issue
* OR Do I have to get in touch with the HR/Payroll of my current company to sort out this matter with EPFO by writing any letter to them

I read few articles on your website relating to similar matter where it stated that employer has to merge the EPS with EPF so that there is only one EPF and all the balance lies in it. My question is as all the funds have been transferred to my current company PF account:
* Shall I ask my current company to do it
* Or it has to be done from my previous companies. If the answer is 'Yes' for previous companies then how does it make sense as all the funds have already been transferred from their PF account to my new employer PF account

Would appreciate if you can please guide me in the right direction to resolve the issue.
Your earliest response would be highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

Best Regards,
Jitesh Adwani

My work history:
Corporate A - March 2010 to June 2011
Corporate B - June 2011 to June 2017 (transferred balance from A to B and then complete PF withdrawal done here)

Corporate C - Dec 2017 to August 2021
Corporate D - August 2021 to April 2022
Corporate E - April 2022 till date (transferred C and D provident fund balance to E)

Out of all, E is the only corporate which does not have EPS and transfers complete balance in EPF only.
