Facing EPFO Portal Hurdles: Can Retirees Before 2014 Get Legal Help Before Time Runs Out?

I retired on 16.12.2011. We had contributed (both employee and employer) beyond the ceiling at 12% on actual salary until retirement. I had not exercised the option for reasons known to all. The portal asks for joint options documents, rejection letters, and a host of other documents for uploading, and therefore does not accept our application. The ploy and plot by EPFO is to bide time and make us ineligible and helpless as time will run out (3 March 2023 being the deadline), to escape the claws of law and justice. Can the legal fraternity help?

The EPF Organisation itself is clueless in this matter. I approached one of their offices a few days ago and was told that guidelines would be issued soon. However, I think the 'soon' will never happen.
