Complete HR process implementation for a UAE based organization

My employer has recently started the operations in Dubai, UAE. So, I am an HR from India, seeking help with your knowledge and experience about policies and updated laws of UAE regards to logistics industry.

Need to implement complete HR policies, procedure, standard payroll as per labour laws.
