I am facing the issues in recruitment. As we are hiring for "Embedded Software" profile.
But not able to close the position.

Kindly share with me some tips .

Any number of reasons why people are not wanting to apply for the job - company profile, location, salary, benefits etc.

If the job does not have what people want, you will have great difficulty in filling the position.

Try casting your net more widely to reach a larger pool of potential candidates.
