Any experts pls resolve this - If i worked 4 years and 9 months am i eligible or not? I am from Karnataka
Actually i was working under the contractor and the company contract has been closed,and principal employer are paying gratuity through contractor only who completed 5 years are more. And i completed 4 years 9 months when I asked mine, Hour HR said if you have signed notification of eligibility for working 4 years 240 days then give I will Talk with principal employer. So what signed notification i should submit
