Frustrated with PF Balance Access? How to Tackle Umang App Errors and Get Help

Hi, I'm trying to view my PF passbook via the Umang app; however, I keep getting a technical maintenance error message every time. I have also tried the SMS and missed call options through my registered mobile number; however, I haven't received any reply from the same. Please help.

Dear Sandeep, There are some technical problems in the PF portal, and they have also displayed it on the portal. You can check through a missed call - [Phone Number Removed For Privacy-Reasons]. Otherwise, you can try again after some time.
