Hello all, Quite a mess among the employees regarding the query on the Sandwich Leave Policy on 7 January 2023 (Saturday). In our organization, Saturday is considered a week off, and the employee is on leave on 9 January 2023, i.e., Monday.
Should we apply the sandwich policy according to the rules of the prefixed Sandwich Policy? Will his leaves be deducted for 3 days or not accordingly?
