I need a clarification, Is a Medical officer mandatory for all the factories under act... And also Welfare officer qualifications details under Tamil Nadu factories act,,

Dear Vej,
Yes if applicable medical officer is must, and for Labour Welfare Officer you can hire a suitable candidate who has done MSW in Industrial Relations and personnel Management. for your reference go through the attachment.
