If the company is giving 30 privileged leave, and the state requires it to provide 8 PL, 8 CL, and 8 Sick Leave - totaling 24 days, can the company give 30 privileged leave while ignoring 8 CL and 8 sick leave?
The terms and conditions of the three types of leaves are different. So, clubbing all under one head would be counterproductive and objected by the Labour Inspectors.
